A.1)If the computer is turned on but there is no display on the screen, connecting a keyboard and press down NumLock Key to see whether LED (light) above it lights up. If it doesn’t light up, it means the compute fails the inspection test and there is computer fault.

B.(Cut off the PC power supply before operating) The memory stick might be loose.
Please remove the memory sticks, fix and re-plug them into the slots. Reboot the computer later.

C.After all of the above are done, If the same thing happens, i.e. the fans rotate, however no display on the screen, and the Numlock key LED on the keyboard won't light up, (Cut off the PC power supply before operating), you'll need to remove both the graphics card and memory sticks from the motherboard). TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:
First of all, check whether the computer's power supply cable is connected, and whether the computer is properly electrified. Make sure all the cable is plugged in properly. Pay attention to the power switch at the back of the desktop case and make sure it is switched on. Then reboot the computer to see whether the problem is fixed.

If the failure persists, open the side panel of the case to see whether the motherboard power connector is loose or not. Unplug and re-plug it before reboot the PC (Cut off the PC power supply before operating).

Also pay attention to the situation inside the desktop case to see whether there is any abnormal electrical burning smell , or is there any burned chip, or capacitors around the CPU area (If there is such a damage, then there might be a hardware failure in this case).

If the failure still exists, unplug the Reset/Restart cable, power switch cable and other jumpers on the motherboard next. Then use a metal object to short-circuit the switch pins to connect and see whether the PC could be turned on.

PC boots normally after short-circuiting power switch (Power sw) :
If the PC is able to operate normally after short-circuiting the switch pin, then the switch of the case may has been failed. You only need to replace the power cord of the PC or you could connect power/restart cable to the switch pin to serves as a new switch.

PC fails to boot normally after short-circuiting power switch (Power sw) :
If the PC fails to operate normally after short-circuiting the switch pin, then the power supply may has been failed after confirming the normal operation of the power supply interface. In this case, you only need to replace with a power supply unit with normal functions.

A.fter the power is on, If there is no screen display after plugging in all the devices, also the light of the NumLock Key on the keyboard could be light up,then it means the PC has gone through the detection

B.Check whether the power supply cable of graphics card is connected or not. The power supply requirements for different discrete graphics card are different. All the pins of the power supply interface needs to be all plugged in.

C.Check whether the monitor display cable is connected to the discrete graphics card. If the desktop come with a discrete graphic card, do not connect the cable to a wrong place, i.e. the motherboard section. In addition, please make sure the monitor switch is open.
